Associate Professor GIGI THOMAS

Advocate Gigi Thomas is a practicing lawyer at Pala and District Court Centre Kottayam. Enrolled as an advocate in 1998 he has a standing of 21 years at the Bar. He mainly concentrates on Civil cases, Criminal cases and Family cases. In the teaching profession he is experienced in Procedural Laws and Contract Laws.

  • Diploma in Taxation from Centre for Taxation Studies , Government of Kerala Thiruvananthapuram.

  • Panel Lawyer under Kerala State Legal Services Authority.
  • Conducted classes on Woman and Law, Child and Law for Kudumbasree, other groups etc.
  • Conducted Legal Aid Clinics under Local Self Government Institutions.
  • Worked as Legal Aid Counsel in different Courts.
  • Conducted Jail Visits under KELSA.
  • Conducting Police Station visits under Early Access to Justice Protocol.
  • Worked as Lecturer in Mercantile Laws for CA Students.
