  • Development and application of quality benchmarks / parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
  • Dissemination of information on the various quality parameters of higher education.
  • Documentation of the various programmes / activities leading to quality improvement.
  • Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to NAAC based on the quality parameters.
  • Organising orientation programmes for the Staff and the Administrative Staff.
  • Administering Feedback Mechanism for the Parents, Students, Alumni and Public Perception
  • Develop Policy initiatives that are unique and upholding institutional distinctiveness.
  • Facilitating Institutional Strategic Planning Forums
  • Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process
  • Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents alumni and the public perception on the quality-related institutional processes
  • Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles
  • Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement
  • Development of Quality Culture in the institution
  • Coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices;
  • Development and maintenance of an institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining /enhancing the institutional quality
  • Conduct of internal and external Academic and Administrative Audit annually and its follow-up
  • Develop and foster best practices in the institution to suit to the strategies for quality enhancements and campus-community link to large
